Here
is your chance to learn BASIC CPR SKILLS in
this free special community training event!
Many lives are suddenly ended because of cardiac arrest, choking,
or electrocution. Learn what to do in a life-threatening
situation.
Early CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
can double the chance of survival for someone
who has stopped breathing or whose heart has
stopped beating.
Most of these emergencies occur in or near
the home. You can make a difference. This 1 1/2
hours class will utilize the American Heart
Association’s guidelines to teach the warning
signs of heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest,
and choking. Learn CPR and relief of choking
for adults and child. You will also have the opportunity
to learn about and practice on an AED (automative
external defibrillator) trainer.
